A-Vu is priviledged to have a serving Board of Directors with a depth and breadth of experience encompassing healthcare administration, healthcare law, broadband services, technology development, venture fund-raising and new business development. Their indiviidual contributions to economic growth, community infrastructure development and particularly healthcare management have had considerable positive impact at local, state and national levels.

Terry Adams, Director

Mr. Adams is the managing partner of Alsacia Partners, a privately held (family based) merchant banking and corporate development firm that partners with, advises, invests in, and strategically fosters high potential growth stage companies, principally in the software, info tech and business services industries. Its sister company, Alsacia, LLC is active in real estate advisory and investment. FireRock Partners and FireRock Holdings, LLC. are Alsacia affiliated entities.  Alsacia, at times, partners its various activities with firms like Platinum Management, Fulcrum3, Lazard and the like.

Terry's background includes over 30 years of corporate treasury, corporate development and commercial and investment banking experience including top 15 investment bank (RBC Dain Rauscher), top 20 commercial bank (U S Bancorp), Fortune 500 treasury, (Gould, Inc), US Treasury Agency (Export - Import Bank of the US) and public CFO successes.  Terry has completed over 190 transactions totaling over $6.1 billion acting variously as principal, investor or intermediary on behalf of buyers, sellers or offering issuer.  He has been responsible for portfolio commitments of debt and equity exceeding $8 billion, of which more than $1 billion was technology industry related and another $1.7 billion was aircraft leveraged lease equity. In addition, 1988 he initiated and negotiated a $5 billion dollar joint venture between Cargill Financial Services and U S Bancorp in the financial derivatives industry.

Terry is known for highly structured, privately negotiated, strategic transactions that achieve long term partnerships, uncommon valuations and creative, "out-of-the-box" financial solutions.  Much of the firm's clientele is serially successful, "hyper" entrepreneurs and Boards of Directors. Most of the firm's work is strategically sensitive, low profile and if it "breaks cover" at all, does so at closing. He has served as a Board advisor to a money management firm (Cornerstone Capital), a lecturer on mergers and acquisitions, and is published on topics of problem formulation and transaction valuation.

He recently functioned as interim CEO of Corsair Aviation, an investment holding company which owns ACM Aviation (www.acmaviation.com) and Capitol Wings (www.capitolwings.com) during the acquisition and integration phase of its growth, in his continuing role as consigliore to the owners of the firm. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Enginuity PLM. (www.enginuityplm.com)

He was educated in finance and international business at Minnesota State University, the University of Minnesota, and the Center for International Banking Studies, at the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
